WiSE plans social, corporate, community, and experiential events throughout Greater Boston. This includes celebrations, corporate gatherings, community events, fundraisers, networking events, parties, and more. If you have an event in mind that you don't see listed on our site, reach out. WiSE offers full-service event planning, partial event planning, event management & coordination, and à la carte planning services. Whether you need help bringing an event together from the beginning, support with a few specific pieces, or someone to take over the details as the event gets closer, we can tailor our support to what you need.

You don't have to figure that out on your own. During your free consultation, we'll talk through your event, what's already been planned, where you need help, and how involved you'd like WiSE to be. From there, we'll recommend the type of support that makes the most sense for your event and your needs.

We don't currently offer full-service wedding planning. We do offer wedding day-of coordination and event management, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-related celebrations such as engagement parties, showers, and other events leading up to the big day. If you have something a little different in mind, reach out and we can talk through what you need.

Our services have starting prices, but your final investment depends on the size, complexity, and needs of your event. Full-service event planning starts at $2,500, partial event planning starts at $1,250, and event management & coordination starts at $1,500. À la carte services start at $200. After we learn more about your event, we'll provide a custom quote based on the support you need.

It depends on the event and the level of support you need. Some events can come together in a few weeks, while larger or more involved events benefit from several months of planning. Reaching out earlier gives us more flexibility with venues, vendors, and other event details, but if your event is coming up soon, don't count us out. Absolutely. You don't need to start from scratch to work with WiSE. Whether you've already booked your venue, have vendors lined up, or have done most of the planning yourself, we can step in wherever you need support. We'll work with your existing plans and help fill in the gaps.

That's where Event Management & Coordination comes in. Depending on your event and what we've agreed to manage, WiSE can coordinate vendors, oversee setup, manage the timeline, handle event-day logistics, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and serve as your point of contact so you can focus on enjoying the event. We'll stay through the agreed scope of the event, including vendor breakdown and final venue walkthrough when included.

WiSE is based in Greater Boston and primarily works with events throughout the Boston area and surrounding communities. We can also help plan events outside of the area. Depending on the location, onsite support from the WiSE team may not be available, but we can help coordinate local event-day support when needed.
